With the noble mission to have One Day where All Children will attain an Excellent Education, Teach For India in India started, and has been expanding to cover wider a reach. However, each journey is filled with roadblocks and similarly the expansion director is facing a roadblock as her expansion manager is suddenly about to leave wherein they were about to expand to newer cities.
Now, being in the expansion director's shoes you would have to give reasons why in the given conditions they should expand to one more city and what selection parameters should be considered by the expansion team for the selection of a new site?
