Who rules? The strongest, or the weakest? Or the intermediates? It is a world, where
even the jungles refuse to let their laws rule, where companies acquire each other and let
themselves merge, sometimes violently, sometimes effortlessly.
Design strategic coexistence. How will life be after the acquisition? Can we alter the repercussions? Do we have any control over how things happen? What all can be done to make it happen? All answers to be delivered by those who most need to win.

Format of the Event:
Round Phase 1: Executive Summary submission (sector analysis, identification of targets and recommended target). Last date of submission 16th Nov 2011 before 23:59:59hrs.
Round Phase 2: Detailed sector analysis, Valuation of the target, Synergies with Sakaar, rationale for recommendation of target, financing options, deal structuring, potential issues in acquisition.
Campus Round: Top 5 teams to present at SCMHRD
